Pricing and ordering

When purchasing Expectnation, you’ll buy a yearly allowance of events to host on our system. Once created, an event stays hosted for as long as you’re a customer.

To discuss your needs further, please send email to yromaine@oreilly.com, including details of:

• Which package you are interested in
• Your organization
• How many events you organize each year
• The maximum size in terms of speakers, parallel tracks and attendees of your conferences

We’re also happy to set you up a trial account.

Extras

• Your own domain name — use your own domain name instead of ours.
• Training — we can provide training for your staff on Expectnation. Please email us for a quote.
• Non-hosted service — some enterprise customers may not wish to use as a 3rd-party host. We will be pleased to talk to you about licensing Expectnation to run on your own servers.

Please contact us anyway! While we want Expectnation to suit everybody, we know that sometimes you’ll need customizations or have particular hosting requirements.

Delivery and returns

Expectnation is delivered as a hosted web service accessible through your web browser, so you will not receive any physical software from us to install. When approved, your Expectnation account details will be sent to you via email.

Should you wish to cancel your Expectnation account and receive a refund, you may do this free of any charge up to 30 days from your point of activation. Thereafter, we reserve the right to levy a charge proportional to the amount of time your service has been active.
